Human Development Research Centre (HDRC) is looking for an International Expert in the field of Neo-natalogy with at least 10 years of professional expertise in conducting studies as the Lead Expert. S/he should have a PhDe in the Public Health, International Health, Medicine, International Development
or related discipline; with a minimum of 10-year relevant professional experience in analysis of Newborn/ Child Health and Survival and in large scale analytical studies; in depth knowledge on designing of Newborn Health programmes, monitoring and conducting impact evaluation. S/he should have experience in providing leadership in the Newborn Survival Concepts, theories and practices. In addition the person should have experience of working in Kyrgyzstan and familiar with the Health system in Kyrgyzstan.
